Our School Info


 Purpose: Thrive Center For Success is a new autism-focused, tuition-free public charter school that opened in the 2022-2023 school year at a temporary location. In the 2023-2024 school year students and families were served at the new permanent location at 32100 Dobbin Huffsmith Rd, Magnolia, TX.
Thrive is the first of its kind in Texas and is unique because it will incorporate intensive Applied Behavior Analysis, the gold standard treatment for autism, into an academic setting. Also, all staff will be highly trained in working with children with autism.

Student Enrollment Parameters: Our school, Thrive Center for Success, will serve Kindergarten through 7th grade in our third year, with plans to add a grade level each year up to 12th grade.
We will be accepting students from residents in these 7 Independent School Districts: 
Conroe, Klein, Magnolia, Montgomery, Spring, Tomball, and Waller. 
Our new  application enrollment period will be from December 1st, 2023,
through January 26th, 2024 at 5pm for the 2024 - 2025 school year. There will be a pause on accepting new applications from January 26th until the lottery is run on February 2nd.

Elements of Learning:

  • Incorporating Applied Behavior Analysis into academics and behavior 
  • Providing Individual Learning Plans for each child 
  • Having low teacher to student ratios depending on the needs of each child 
  • Using multi-age flexible groupings in each classroom 
  • Having staff highly trained in working with children with autism 
  • Having specialized therapists on site 
  • Using a multi-faceted team approach to monitor and track each child’s progress with regular communication between parents, teachers, administrators, and therapists 
  • Transitioning students to neighborhood schools when ready
